What does this mean?

We're a super friendly household...we are now 3 as 2 have flown the nest to uni, hence the extra space for you!

I'm a charity worker and my partner is a graphic designer who runs a chilli-obsessed food van on the side.

My daughter is studying A'levels and is an obsessive singer....you will often hear her belting a tune. We have the most amazing cockerpoo called Nina and she is hypoallergenic so no problem with any allergies.

We live in a 3-floor house on the edge of a quiet, leafy green. The accommodations are on the middle floor with sccess to a walk-in shower room.

In fact, you would have the whole middle floor to yourself! We have 2 sitting rooms where you can chill and access to a kitchen to prep meals. Mind you, if you have a penchant for spice, you are always welcome to join us for chilli. The theatres can be reached on foot in 30 minutes! Great location where you can unwind 😀

The Area and Transport

Our home is located on a green in a friendly and safe housing estate known as Sugar Way, only a [REMOVED] minute walk into the City Centre. It is on the edge of Ferry Meadows which is the gem of Peterborough, miles of parkland, lakes and woodlands. We are a 5 minute walk also from the River Nene. There is a Lidl 5 minutes away where you'll find the number 1 bus stop which takes you straight into town and theatre land! Fast food outlets on your doorstep include Domino's and a local chinese 😀

Both bedrooms have a lockable door. Ground floor and first floor are shared with hosts. The bathroom is available to paying guests on first floor. Second floor is the private space of the hosts. Kitchen, living rooms and entrance hall are shared 😀

Although my stay was cut short, Sarah was an incredibly generous host! One of the comfiest beds I've had the pleasure of sleeping in, and Nina the Cockapoo is absolutely adorable!

Had a fantastic stay at Sarah and Steve's lovely home. Super friendly hosts. Felt very comfortable and welcome in their home. The room was cosy and location just over 30 mins to walk to The Key Theatre. Thanks for an awesome stay! :)

I had a fab stay in Sarah and Steve's super stylish home. Made to feel so welcome and my room was ideal with a warm comfortable bed. Bathroom on same floor more or less adjacent. Nina the dog is a delight and always ready for a cuddle and a pat. 25 mins walk perhaps into town although I chose to cycle in and out. Free safe private parking around back of house. As a pairing gift Steve gave me a bottle of his homemade chilli sauce which I can't wait to sample. Thanks again for a great stay. X

I had the most wonderful time staying with the Lees! The room was charming and clean and I had access to my own bathroom. Had some lovely chats with Sarah and the family and Nina (the adorable dog) was a pleasure to spend time with. I also have to shout out the incredible chilli made by Steve! 10/10 would love to stay again!
