This solo occupancy, newly built space has its' own entrance, sunny south facing garden access and is ideal for relaxing before or after a performance/casting/audition etc as it's very peaceful and private.
It features a single bed, sole use of the kitchen & bathroom, desk & chair, wifi & free unrestricted parking.
It is impeccably clean (with no cleaning fee), includes hotel standard amenities (combination safe, wifi, hairdryer, iron, etc) at a fraction of the cost and is suitable for NON SMOKERS/VAPERS only.
Rest assured all areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for each guest and for added peace of mind there's smoke and carbon monoxide monitors, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit provided.

LOCATION:
Bounds green (Zone 3 Piccadilly Line) is a lovely quiet area (recently voted one of the best places to live in London by The Guardian) with an almost village feel and the tube station is only 10 minutes walk away providing easy access to Central London.
THEATRES:
The Piccadilly line provides direct access to theatreland in central London (Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus & Covent Garden etc) within 20-25 minutes, however, more locally the following can be reached via bus or tube.

No candles, illegal substances or incendiary devices permitted and to maintain a healthy environment the property is NOT suitable for smokers/vapers.
Please remove shoes when indoors and respect the property, with the aim to leave it as you find it. N.B No cleaning fees are levied, however, any damages will be charged.
Whilst we don't allow use of our address for mail or electric car charging, details are provided re local charge points in the guest welcome guide.
Due to UK fire safety regulations, portable heating and cooling devices such as fan heaters are not permitted.
Please ensure all windows/doors are locked upon exit, heating/lighting turned off and any keys/passcodes are kept secure.

This is a lovely, quiet, relaxing and extremely clean studio apartment in a great location; perfect for what I needed. Victoria is a wonderful host and communication was always excellent and very quick. Would highly recommend!

The cleanest digs I've ever stayed in. Victoria is so friendly and helpful but also very respectful of privacy, the perfect host!
