Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally-located town house in a quiet family oriented cul de sac. Chilled landlord seeks chilled lodger. Cosy studio/kitchenette room at the back of the house all to yourself, your own shower, toilet, sink, storage, work area, fridge, parking. Basic amenities like kettle, tea/coffee, microwave, cutlery, toaster provided.
Shared washing machine, lounge, and kitchen (for bigger meals) only!

The Area and Transport
About 15-20 mins walk from The Dukes or Lancaster Grand.
An 8 minute walk from the train station and number 4 bus routes into the city, and very close to main road routes into Morecambe and beyond. 5 mins walk from the River Lune and about 15 mins from Sainsbury's. About 15 mins drive from Lancaster University.
There are 2 corner shops nearby: Morrison's and Spar so you can stock up on the essentials.
A Halfords for bike repairs, and a gym about 20 mins walk from here. 15 mins walk from Lancaster town centre with castle and shops all very close by.

I prefer check ins after 6pm during weekdays as I work full time and like to meet you for the first house tour! Please double check if you need to check in earlier, I could be around and respond quickly to messages.
No pets, DSS or smoking/vaping allowed- you will be evicted immediately and prosecuted.
Please advise if you will need additional amenities such as a large towel, or basic complimentary toiletries etc. I know some travellers are very prepared with their own supplies (for sensitive skin), and I like to minimise wastage where possible.
Shoes off in the house please. I look forward to offering you a peaceful stay!
