Semi detached house with garden. One double room with shared bathroom for rent. One single room for shorter stays. Full use of lounge and large kitchen diner. Walking distance to all amenities.
My house backs onto the Bridgwater Canal and is 2 minutes from the expansive nature reserve that the river Mersey runs through.

Ample on street parking with occasional access to the drive.
The Area and Transport
My house is 5 mins walk from Stretford town centre, tram and bus links. Most Manchester theatres would be reachable within 30 minutes on public transport (including The Royal Exchange, The Contact, The Palace, The Ópera House, The Lowry).
Stretford is currently receiving some pretty amazing redevelopment to its town centre. There are bars and restaurants nearby. It’s just one mile off road to walk to Chorlton or Sale for even more shopping, bar and restaurant options.

Bedrooms are private but they do not currently lock. I rarely have more than one guest at a time. The bathroom is shared with me but there is also a downstairs toilet. There is a large kitchen diner with a table and sofa. There is also a good sized lounge with TV. There is a private garden to the side and rear of the house with access to garden furniture.
Excluded Facilities
There is a driveway that can fit 2 cars but only with one car getting blocked in so parking on the drive has to be reviewed on a daily basis so as not to block the host in or vice versa. There is ample safe on street parking though.
