Bathroom: Walk in shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rail.

Guest Parking

1 paarking space is available for use of guests. Parking is on a small driveway directly off a main road so can be tight for manuovering but suitable for most standrd sized vehicles.

Woodgood Cabin - Centrally located city accommodation at the bottom of a beautiful and peaceful garden with 'heat and eat' kitchenette, open plan living and sleeping and a small private patio and driveway parking. Easy distance to The South Downs, Brighton, The New Forest and Portsmouth. Goodwood Racecourse, Goodwood Motor Circuit and West Witterings beach a short drive away. Chichester Festival Theatre, Minerva Theatre and City centre 10 min walk.

This space is not shared with anyone else.

The cabin is located in the garden of the owner’s home which is their main home and is occupied year-round. The owner will advise if they will be present and at home during the stay. Entry to the cabin is via the side gate of the garden and a lockable key safe so no interaction is necessary if preferred. Guests are permitted to walk across the main garden to access the cabin but are not permitted to use this space socially during their stay. Guests have their own rear garden at the cabin with a patio set up. During the stay, the owner can be contacted in person via the house, or via telephone/text/email or via the video doorbell to the main house.

Excluded Facilities

The main garden of the house and all its amenities including the hot tub and hammocks are not available to the guests during their stay. Only one car permitted on the driveway per stay.

Had a really great two week stay in the cabin, it had everything I needed and felt nice and private. Saw Melanie in the garden a few times, she was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever back at CFT!
