Theatre Digs Booker Presents: Whole house in Hyde Park (Leeds)

It was my lovely back to back terrace that I called home for over 7 years but it is time to sell it soon as I have moved out. The house is currently on the market for sale so I'm hoping someone can get use out of the empty property in the meantime.

Because of this some of the house is a little bare here and there and there isn't any wifi. All the photos are current, so you can see the house as it is now. Also, there may be the odd viewing during your stay but I would always give notice. This is why the price for a whole house and all bills etc is priced reasonably.

The digs is in a student and busy area of Leeds a few miles from Leeds city centre (about 30mins walk) with excellent transport links of buses and trains. It is close to shops and restaurants/pubs. It has on street parking.

It has all the essentials, bed, washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery etc, bedding and towels are provided. Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions :)
