You will have full use of my cosy period house. Why not make use of the open fire and take one of the board games off the shelf? Or just snuggle up on the plush leather sofa?
There is high speed 350mb WiFi, Cable tv, two double bedrooms, (one is king size) both fitted with blackout blinds/curtains for a good nights sleep.
Bedding and towels supplied.
Curling tongs and hair dryer.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Free permit parking for two vehicles.
Newly fitted bathroom and kitchen, with new washing machine, cooking range, fridge freezer, toaster and microwave.
Price includes cleaning fees and pets stay for free but please do not allow in the bedrooms.

Perfect digs for us would highly recommend for actors and crew, good price and communication and info and felt really homely. Also REALLY appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with tools as well as bits and bobs like oil and seasoning that we were welcome to use, super helpful whilst touring. Regular buses, that were easy if you don't fancy the walk but it felt very safe and I managed it in under 30 most days to the Playhouse, the Theatre Royal is closer (about 20)

Lovely house. Incredibly well equipped in the kitchen and nice bathroom. Very comfy beds!!
Bit of a walk to theatre so drove. Permit provided for parking outside the house.
Would stay again.

Phil was lovely & friendly to speak to from the start, & his house was a cosy home away from home in Nottingham. The bed was super comfy, & the rooms were a great size, with a comfortable homely living room, & beautiful kitchen with a great cooker. The whole house was freshly cleaned with new linen & towels waiting when we arrived. I thoroughly recommend this house to anyone staying in Nottingham & wanting self-contained digs. Dog friendly & an 25 min walk to the theatre or £5 uber too 😊

Lovely house about 20 minutes walk from the theatre. Even better that it's dog friendly! Would definitely book again if I find myself in Nottingham.

Phil was a lovely host and the house was everything we needed it to be: cosy, homely, safe and relaxing. Will definitely stay again if I return to Nottingham and would highly recommend to touring actors.

Lovely home with all of the amenities. Cosy rooms and lovely, easy to use kitchen. Transportation to the centre is easy and lots of options available. Would come back again! x

Great place to stay while performing at Theatre Royal. Roughly a 20- 25 minute walk and located on a quiet street. Would recommend!

A new listing to consider. Phil is friendly and helpful. Almost everything is brand new. No tv, WiFi coming, but everything else you could need is there. Very comfortable stay.
