What does this mean?

Having toured for many years and a working actor, I know how hard touring can be.
This peaceful quiet home 3 miles outside Southampton is the rest you need after your show.
Sharing with just one person in the house, sometimes away, with full use of the home and garden and access onto the beach at the bottom of the garden.
I double room with ensuite and 2 doubles with shared bathroom..
Full use of kitchen, living rooms, fast internet and free parking outside the home.

Netley Abbey 3 miles outside Southampton and on the Water.
Quiet & Peaceful with fantastic Bakers, Indian, Chinese, fish and Chips, restaurant, post office, chemist and pubs in the Village and well stocked Co-op all under 5 minute walk from the home
19 min by car from Southampton (no toll)
21 mins by bus - Bus stop outside the home No15 £2
25 mins by bike over the Itchen Bridge
10 min taxi £12-£15 includes toll
19 min train (walk to Netley station 15 mins- Southampton station next to The Mayflower Theatre)
Last train home 22.44 arrives Netley 23.02
1hour 5 min to walk into Southampton nice walk on a beautiful day

Caroline’s place was ace and so is Caroline. I felt super welcomed and at home from the moment I arrived and had access to everything I could possibly need. Would recommend and would stay again!
