What does this mean?

Welcome to our peaceful self-contained annex designed to offer performers, creatives and visitors a relaxing home-from-home at the end of a busy day.

Whether you are working locally in theatre, dance, media production or simply exploring the beautiful Dorset coast and New Forest, our annex provides a quiet, comfortable and safe space to unwind and recharge.

The annex is fully self-contained with its own private entrance and includes a comfortable double bedroom with dressing area and an additional pull-down single bed, making it suitable for individuals, friends or small families. There is a modern shower room, a fully equipped kitchenette for independent living, and a cosy living space. Guests also have access to their own small private garden area — perfect for enjoying a morning coffee

The Area and Transport

We love in a quite community with ample free on road parking

There is a bus stop outside our house virtually going into Christchurch which takes 17 minutes approx - from Christchurch it is a 10 minute slow walk to the train station which has links to Bournemouth/Poole/Weymouth/Southampton/Winchester/London

Christchurch is a 5 minute drive on a good day/ Bournemouth 20 minutes/ Poole 35 minutes/Winchester 45 minutes/Southampton 35 minutes

We are also 15 minutes from our local Bournemouth airport

Walking distance to our local shop 3 minutes/walking into Christchurch town centre 20 minutes

We also have "Beryl" bikes outside our house for hire !

This space is shared with 2 Hosts.

The annex is fully independent - own front door and own small garden space

The bedroom has a double bed but also in the dressing area there is a single sofa bed

I will warn guests that we have a super friendly dog who lives on site - if you are not dog friendly we can make sure he is contained in other parts of our house away the annex - if you are dog friendly he will simply bring you toys and a ball !

Excluded Facilities

Happy for guests to share our own court yard space to enjoy the sun or warm evenings when the court yard starts to glow with the fairy lights

Beautiful Annex with everything I needed, plenty of space. Was super easy to find and the hosts were very helpful and lovely ! Would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to stay again
