Warm Spacious Quiet Room (Plymouth)

A spacious Victorian-era apartment shared with just me & my newborn baby (if we're there). Timings for access to shared living spaces can be discussed. Flexible arrangements. Close to city centre, theatre & university.

Your room has a lock on it as an option to you if you wish to use it, keys can be issued. There is usually only myself & my newborn baby at the property, but I'm aware some people when travelling naturally prefer to have that option.

The space
Your room is quiet and private. The public street is outside but as it is a cul de sac, traffic is limited. Windows are double glazed and the walls are thick so there isn't much street noise. Just to note there is a boiler in the room it is a modern one so it is pretty quiet, in a locked cabinet, however I wanted to disclose this here in case it is a problem for you.

There is a washer/dryer on site you can use (within reason). If you have an excessive amount ie more than a couple of loads you can make a contribution to the laundry detergent pot.

While you're at the property I want you to feel at home. If you need anything, even if I'm not there if I can help I will do my best (though if a cost is involved it might require that to be covered).

There is plenty of soap/shampoo/shower gel etc. in the bathroom so unless you require a special one, they should suffice. I can provide access to a hairdryer. Towels are also provided. They are only for use at the property.

There is someone who lives upstairs (they have their own entry to the building) in an area not accessible from the apartment. Although they are quiet for the most part and friendly please be considerate if listening to any audio devices late at night (ie not via headphones).
