Living with Host
Comfortable, spacious, well-equipped room in our large Victorian home in Erith situated along a small corridor giving a degree of privacy. It is quiet, bright and airy with a handbasin, shower and kitchenette in the room and a shared toilet close by.
Guest Parking
We can accommodate 1 car or motor bike on our drive.
Further down Avenue Road and within sight of the house is a electric car charging point.
The Area and Transport
We are less than 10 minutes from Erith station with excellent routes into Dartford (7 minutes and opposite the Orchard Theatre) and central London (40 minutes). Erith is 2 stops from Abbey Wood for the Elizabeth Line.
Local shops including a Morrisons, some gyms and a Post Office plus various take-away outlets and some restaurants are also within a 10 minute walk from our house.
Our house backs onto the Park where there is a Leisure Centre with swimming pool and gym.

There is a handbasin and shower in the guest room. The toilet is shared with the hosts and is close by. This is cleaned daily when we have guests
There is a kitchenette in the room with a microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle and continental breakfast items are put here in advance. Also in the room is a TV, DVD player iron and ironing board, coffee machine, plenty of hanging space and a choice of books and DVDs.
There are some complimentary toiletries
