About these Digs

Living with Host

What does this mean?

Detached 4 bedroom home on a quiet 'edge of town' housing estate. We have an large drive and pleasant garden which guests are welcome to use.
We rent 2 bedrooms out, which when both occupied, share a bathroom. Both rooms have blackout blinds, drawers, hanging space, bedside lights, mirrors and a chair. The double room has a desk.

Guest Parking

Parking on our drive is usually available. There is also a lay by right opposite our house.

We are happy for guests to bring a bicycle and we will provide undercover storage.

The Area and Transport

91 Bus stops just 1 min walk from our front door and runs every 7 mins at peak times. The 91 stops right opposite the theatre and at Woking railway station.
Morrisons supermarket is a 18 min walk and Waitrose 12 mins. There is a Sainsburys and M&S food in Woking.

This space is shared with 1 Host and 1 other paying Guest.

The bathroom is shared with the other bedroom we rent out on theatre digs,if no one else is staying in that room you will have exclusive use.
The bedroom doors do not lock.
You are welcome to use our kitchen to cook and eat your meals.I am happy for you to use my Pots/pans etc.
You are welcome to sit in our second reception room.
In good weather the garden is available for your use.

I had an excellent time staying with Catherine and Simon and would happily stay here again any time. Friendly and very helpful, they changed the locks after my key didn’t properly work, only 15 minutes after arrival. The room is just right, and you have a lovely walk into town. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay with Catherine in her home. She had a lovely space where I felt super comfortable and an even comfier bed! I would love to stay at her home again whenever in Woking. Nice short walk towards the theatre along the canal especially on a sunny day
