What does this mean?

Perfectly located within 10 mins walking distance of all the theatres.

Great for walks along the canal into the countryside or 10 mins into the city centre.

Owners are Actors and happy to chat or leave you alone. The lounge is a shared space if you want to relax after a show or during the day.

TV, Fridge Freezer, Towels, Additional blankets, heated clothes airer, Tea and Coffee facilities in your room. Access to a PS5 in the lounge.

Guest Parking

Parking is available at an extra cost on request. It requires notice and costs £25 a week

Enjoy peaceful canal walks that lead out into the countryside, or head 10 minutes the other way into the heart of the city centre.

We’re both actors — happy to chat, share local tips, or give you complete privacy. The lounge is a shared space you’re welcome to use for relaxing after a show or during the day.

You’ll have your own TV, fridge-freezer, and tea and coffee facilities for a comfortable stay.

Parking.
Guest parking is available on request for an additional charge.

10 minutes to New Street Station and the city centre Metro and all major theatres
1 minute from The Mailbox, Canalside restaurants, cafés, and shops.

Inoffensive rescue dog lives here too.

Bathroom has a lockable door. Your own room is a private space with a sign to let us know when you're in or out so if we have to make your bed we know when your room is empty.

We have a PS 5 ths you're welcome to use as well as a Meta Quest 2 VR Headset.

We have a rescue dog called Luna. She's small and more afraid of you. She never goes in guest room

No preferred dietary preferences to note

The Host states that their property supports accessibility

Ground floor acess. However wheelchair users should note that unfortunately the hall is not wide enough for a wheelchair user however we do have rise and fall services in the bathroom and Kitchen as my wife has Dwarfism. Also we both can use BSL to communicate and are at Level 2 and Level 3. I am currently studying for my level 4 BSL exams.

I had a lovely stay in Birmingham. Secure location a short walk from the centre, close to theatres and train station etc. hosts were lovely. Room had a fridge and kettle, added bonus if you’re traveling for work!
