What does this mean?

The large modern shower room is immediately next door to bedroom door and is only for theatre users. A dressing gown is provided. Shared use of large kitchen, dining room and TV room. A downstairs hanging space for outside coats and shoes.

Guest Parking

This house has the use of a large driveway which is very unusual for Keswick. Occasionally tandem parking might be required.
It is always possible to drive in and out forward.

The Area and Transport

The house is situated in a residential area on a well lit road which goes straight into Keswick and has a bus stops nearby, Walk across the road and open countryside is immediately accessible from flat grass area, to a river walk and direct access to the major fells and railway line foot path.
The bused link us to the other major towns such as Cockermouth, Workington, Carlisle, Penrith, Grasmere, Ambleside, Kendal and Lancaster.
The lakes and the coast are easy to accessible.
