Welcome to a modern three bedroom house, located just a short drive from Orpington High Street. The house is 5 minutes walk from St Mary's Cray train station and has great transport links to London Victoria, just 21 minutes by train.
This modern house can be your home away from home when you, too, visit Kent, the garden of England.
The house boasts its own individual entrance, front and back gardens. Looking straight out to street parking spaces: perfect for those who require easy access.
The first bedroom offers a king-size bed and a large storage wardrobe for hanging clothes. The room also boasts an en-suite, a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube.
The second double bedroom overlooks the quiet street and has a luggage rack. Please use this for suitcases and handheld luggage.
All double rooms contain two bedside cabinets with table lamps, luggage rack, extra electrical sockets under the bed, central heating, and full-length mirrors.
The third bedroom contains a single bed overlooking the garden and has a free-standing lamp.
Lounge facilities include one 2 seater and a three seater leather sofas, a designer tub chair, two small tables, and a wall-mounted smart/internet television complete with Virgin TV and Sky. The lounge is also large enough to contain a dining table with chandelier lights.
The kitchen contains a diner bar and stools useful for either a working weekend or a leisurely meal.
The modern styled fully functional kitchen includes oven, grill, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. All crockery, glassware, and utensils are provided. When you arrive, you will find your cupboards stocked with the basic essentials – tea, coffee, sugar, etc. Ironing board, blender, and iron are also in the kitchen cupboards.
Washer dryer available to use to dry clothes regardless of the weather plus eco friendly drying rack.
All three bathrooms have an electric power shower with a rain shower and a hand-held shower faucet. All towels and linen are provided. All bathrooms are Italian themed and offer two large windows or extractor fans for ventilation.
We also provide a conservatory with a bar area overlooking the modern styled garden.
The house also comes with free wi-fi connection and smart TV in multiple languages. Virgin media channels include SKY and super fast broadband.
My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids) and big groups.
