A lovely big room, that was very clean. Pippa was so accommodating!! Really easy 5 minute walk to the theatre, and on street parking right outside the house. Would definitely recommend!!

This was the most wonderful place to stay. Pippa is so warm and friendly. The room is big, sooo comfy and welcoming. A quick walk to the theatre so getting to work is a total breeze. It's also near the train station and some lovely restaurants. Thank you, Pippa! I'll definitely be back.

The accommodation is warm and very comfortable, very relaxed atmosphere in the house. Easy parking in the street and nice seven minute stroll down to the theatre. Excellent and very recommendable theatre digs.

Truly a 5 minute walk to both the Congress and the Devonshire Park Theatres, this delightful and peaceful cottage is the perfect location. Pip is a very welcoming host and an absolute pleasure to stay with; I shall return if I am in Eastbourne again!

Lovely digs! Peaceful, quiet and only a short walk away from the Congress. Guests have their own bathroom too. Pippa was really welcoming and helpful during our stay. Would recommend completely!

Another faultless stay at my first choice digs in Eastbourne. Pippa was as accommodating as ever, and it was a particularly lovely stay with the sunshine! Such a conveniently placed property as well as a relaxing stay! Can't recommend enough.

Stayed here on our last week of tour and it was great. 5 mins from theatre (literally on same road) clean, tidy & peaceful, a beautiful garden, and lovely cat Annie. Pippa also helped us out with laundry on arrival - a saviour! Thanks Pippa! x

Second time of staying here, which says it all really. It's a wonderful little cottage with a beautiful garden and all the things you could need.
Host was welcoming and understanding and provided all that was needed.
So easy to get to all theatres from the location, and I will be booking again in future!

Pippa is one of the absolute loveliest people I have met on tour. She is such a warm, welcoming person but not intrusive in any way.

This is a gorgeous place to stay whilst you're in Eastbourne.
I was here for a week, working at the Devonshire Park (barely a 10 minute walk), and Pippa was a very gracious host.
Large, comfortable room and bathroom, and space in the fridge was all that was required.
Off street parking is available - not busy at all.
Overall, a very peaceful stay to get a break from a busy tour - and the beach is not too far away!
Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic digs.
The host was helpful and appreciative of the hours kept, and good communication meant everything worked out well for both parties.
The room was clean and had a good amount of space, including shelves and a desk, and most importantly a kettle!
The location is also fantastic, not even a 10 minute walk to town centre (I was at the Underground Theatre) and down the road to the sea front!

Lovely spacious Victorian cottage with a beautiful walled garden. Relaxed and friendly host. Single room is large with lots of shelf and wardrobe space. Kitchen has attached conservatory jutting out into the garden, great place for breakfast. About 7 mins walk from theatre.
