Living with Host
I'm a theatre professional myself - don't know if that makes it more or less desirable, but I do have a bookcase full of plays you can read if you want to. It's a conversion, part of an Edwardian Terraced house on a beautiful road. Easy access to West End, Victoria, or suburban theatres. Walk to Brixton House. Your room is a double on the lower ground floor, you have access to living room/kitchen,bathroom and garden.
Guest Parking
Parking is residents/visitors only. I can include visitors parking in your fee if you let me know in advnace.
The Area and Transport
A 2 minute walk from the stunning Myatt's Fields, and minutes away from both Brixton and Camberwell's vibrant scenes, this is a room in a 3 bedroom ground floor flat with garden. Must love cats as we have one. Bathroom is shared. Super well linked for buses into West End and City,(5 min walk) also near overground (Denmark Hill 15 min and Loughborough Junction 10 min ) Trains (Brixton - 20 min walk) Tubes (Oval, Brixton, Stockwell within 20 mins walk). Homey feel.

So convenient for my rehearsals at Longfield Halls, just a few doors away! Annie is really welcoming and friendly, happy to talk or leave you to work if needed. The courtyard garden is a fabulous sunny spot for a little downtime. Property is easy walk to Loughborough Junction station and numerous bus stop and Myatts Field Park a few minutes walk away for running or relaxing.
