Living with Host
The property is a 4 bedroom semi-detached house with 2 bathrooms so only 2 guests share a bathroom each (if fully booked).
ALL bedrooms have a double bed each with sufficient storage for clothes.
The bedrooms are decorated with blackout curtains and side lamps for ambiance. Each bed is also equipped with an electric blanket for those extra cold nights.
Guest Parking
There is room to park 1 car at the property in a gated secure compound.
The Area and Transport
The property is a stone throw away from the high street featuring Slug & Lettuce, Vue Cinema, Boots/Superdrug, other pubs and restaurants... it is less than a minute to Aldi and a minute walk to Morrisons.
It'll take you 25mins to walk to New Vic theatre and 3mins to the main bus station.

These digs weren’t as self-contained as we thought and could do with a little bit of love by fixing the broken TV and entrance doors. Besides the nearby shops and park, the location for the theatre and digs themselves weren’t good value for money

These digs are fine- the room has a comfortable bed and the nearby shops and park is a perk for sure. I would say these digs aren’t as self contained or homely as advertised and it felt more like a house share than usual.

Really enjoyed my stay - Geraldine is a very welcoming host and the place is lovely and well situated

Had the nicest long stay here. Geraldine is such a kind host, checking in regularly to see if I needed anything. Bed is ridiculously comfy and has an electric blanket, room bigger than it looks in pics. 20 min walk from New Vic, round corner from supermarkets and five minutes to bus station and town centre. It’s a lovely big house so everyone has their own space. Super comfy, super friendly digs, highly recommend.
