What does this mean?

A Large Family House in a quiet cul-de-sac next to the Victorian Peel Park and close by the renowned film set location Undercliffe Cemetery, both great for walks and jogging.

We have two available rooms. Both have Double Bed with Duvet, Chair, Desk, Clothes rail, Chest of Drawers and Sofa. Superfast Broadband. Towel provided.

House has full central heating, A washing machine, Bath and Shower in a shared bathroom.

Full use of all Kitchen facilities including Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer and help yourself to a wide range of Herbs, spices, condiments as well as Teas and Coffees.

Wide range of nearby local shopping.

Full use of the house and Garden featuring a fully covered decorative Gazebo (Smokers welcome to use outdoor facilities)

We are Knowledgeable Hosts

Guest Parking

Unlimited curbside parking to the front and side of the property.
Bicycles and Scooters can be brought into the lobby.

A wonderful stay. Dusty and Lou were lovely hosts, very helpful and friendly. Great house, lovely room and a comfy bed. Would recommend and would happily stay again when in Bradford.
