Two lovely double rooms with private bathroom in our pretty Victorian family home (Holywood)

We have two lovely double rooms available on the third floor of our much loved Victorian family home. There is a small bathroom with shower between the two rooms for the exclusive use of our guests. Both bedrooms are large and comfortable each with a double bed, storage, hanging space and sitting space. The smaller of the two has a sea view.

Guests will have access to our kitchen to prepare their food and use of our large garden.

The house is in Holywood, a pretty suburb of Belfast full of independent shops and eateries and very close to the sea and the coastal path with beautiful walks. We are 15-20 minutes drive from the centre of Belfast (The Lyric, The Grand Opera House, The Mac, The Waterfront Hall) with ample, free parking in our driveway. We are 10 minutes walk from Holywood train Station with regular trains into the centre of Belfast. Great Victoria Street Station (20 minute journey) is opposite the Grand Opera House, Lanyon Place station (15 minute journey) is very close to the Waterfront Hall.

We are a non smoking house and we have no pets. You will be sharing the house with your hosts, Alice and Tim Kerr. Tim is retired and Alice works part time from home so we are both in and out of the house. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.
