Two large double rooms in the upstairs area of the home with their own shower room with toilet to share. Hosts live downstairs with a separate bathroom. Garden access, full use of large open plan living, dining and kitchen area.

The Area and Transport
On the outskirts of Cardiff close to bus and train links to the city and Bay. Peaceful dormer bungalow with off road parking and an enclosed rear garden for relaxation. 15 minute walk to train station (direct 10 minute journey to city centre). 2 minute walk to bus stops (30 minute bus ride to city centre). Walking distance to the seafront and a beautiful lakeside park.
