Two Double Rooms Norwich (Norwich)

Comfortable two bedroom Victorian terraced house close to Norwich city centre and the Theatre Royal (10 minutes on foot). Access to whole house, including two reception rooms (living and dining) , kitchen and recently refurbished downstairs bathroom. Decked area at the back with comfortable chairs also available for guest use.

Both bedrooms have large double beds with comfortable mattress toppers. The larger room has more storage then you'll need, the smaller room has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers

You are welcome to cook your meals in the fully equipped kitchen and also to use the downstairs TV in the lounge. The wifi covers the whole house and small back garden, there is a desk and office chair in the living room.

The house is heated with a mixture of gas central heating, a wood stove (fuel provided if required) and an air to air heat pump on the ground floor which can run as either heating or air conditioning.

The heat pump can run economically thanks to solar panels and a domestic battery. It is well insulated for a Victorian terrace, the house is painted with thermally insulating paint, there is double glazing and thick loft insulation.

There are lots of nearby pubs and bars in the immediate area . For shopping there is a corner shop (under 1 minute) and Tesco Express (5 minutes on foot).

On-street parking can be arranged for a small daily fee if required. Because it is so close to to the centre, this is a permit parking area, I have a free 4 hour permit. A limited number of visitor scratch cards are available for £0.80 /day and when these run out there is nearby £5 a day parking. From 4pm on Saturday through to 10am on Monday you can leave your car in a visitor bay. Alternatively, free parking is available about 12 minutes walk away outside the resident permit zone.

Although I have ticked the "Living With Host Category", I (Martin), stay overnight in a nearby property. I sometimes use the communal areas during the day and I'll call in to water plants, collect my post and put the bins out. I'm readily available to support guests if needed. Basically I'm never at the house in the evening or night and occasionally there in the day.
