What does this mean?

Three beautiful rooms in our spacious, warm and welcoming Edwardian Home. One double ensuite, one double and one twin with shared large bathroom.

Twenty minute walk to The Marlowe theatre/town centre and Gulbenkian Theatre/University.

Plenty of free on street parking outside house and in side roads half a minute’s walk in either direction.

Clean, comfortable, friendly digs where theatre professionals are made welcome.

Check-in between 3 pm to 9 pm.
Check-out before 11 am.
(some flexibility may be possible so please contact me if you need to discuss timing).

Shared and Excluded Facilities

This space is shared with 2 Hosts.

All bedrooms have a lockable door.
Room 1 has an ensuite shower.
Rooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom.
There is a kitchenette in the first floor landing alcove with large fridge, microwave, toaster and sink with cold, hot and kettle/boiling water tap. The cupboards are stocked with tea, coffee, etc and biscuits which guests can help themselves to. Oat and cow's milk sachets are also provided in the fridge for guests.
The entrance area and stairs are shared but rooms are private with a lockable door.

Excluded Facilities

The family kitchen is not available for guest use and therefore cooking facilities are limited. The small fitted kitchenette in the landing alcove has fridge, microwave, toaster, sink and multi purpose tap.

Another excellent stay here - a definite repeat booking for me when at The Marlowe (15 min walk away). Comfy, quiet, all the amenities you need and on street parking - superb!!
