Living with Host

What does this mean?

Two well presented double bedrooms (can be booked together or separately) in a classic Manchester terrace. Both rooms have a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dresser and mirror. Shared family bathroom and use of kitchen (you will have a shelf in the fridge and some dedicated cupboard space), reliable Wifi, constant hot water, washing machine & tumble dryer all available. Bed linen and towels are provided (absolutely fine if you'd rather bring your own). Smoke free house (people are welcome to smoke outside/in the yard) and there are no pets in the house.

2 minute walk to a Tesco Express, or a 10 minute walk to a retail estate with bigger shops like Asda and B&M.

I am now working from home a couple of days a week so I will be around during the daytime on some days. My workspace is in the dining room which is in the middle of the house so there may be times when I am in a meeting where I require some quiet, but I will let you know in plenty of time.

Guest Parking

On street parking is available.

The Area and Transport

The house is in Old Trafford, on the border of Chorlton and Whalley Range. Great location for city centre, the Lowry and Media City. It is a 2 minute walk to a very regular bus service in to town or Chorlton, the bus takes around 10-15 mins to get into town, or 5 minutes into Chorlton. It's roughly a 15 minute walk to the nearest tram stop that services Salford Quays; or if you prefer to walk the Lowry is about 40 minutes. You can also walk to the Opera house in about 40 mins, and the Palace in around 50. An Uber from town/Salford Quays generally costs £7-9.

Sarah has the most beautiful home. It’s out the busy bubble so you can rest but close enough you can walk to the theatre in 25mins.
The bed feels like a cloud!
Will be back on my next manny gig!
