24 hour security staff & cctv cameras so it is very safe & secure. It's a spacious 1930's apartment, with room to relax. It is a residential complex, set back from the main road, helping ensure a quiet night's sleep. I am sure you will love using my apartment as a base for the City! :)
We have very fast fibreoptic WiFi internet installed (unshared), checked and running great speed! An increasing number of guests are coming to work remotely and so we have got fast wifi now to enable them to use the flat as a place to work from.
The details about my flat that previous guests have told me that they love is that it is peacefully quiet, homely and spacious.
NOTE - The flat is up three flights of stairs.

The flat is located by the University of Liverpool, a short walk in to the city centre and very closely located to the John Lennon Auditorium theatre and close to the Royal Philharmonic Hall.
My flat is that it is walking distance to the centre of the city, but it is also quiet and peaceful at night time with no traffic noise. So it is perfect for relaxing with a cappuccino and unwinding after a busy day.
For guests who are unable to book my flat or who require something more modern and in the heart of Liverpool city centre I highly recommend my other modern stylish apartment just off London road (See my other listings).
The flat is near all transport links , there is a nearby Tesco and Co-op, shops and cafes, and everything else you need is close by.
You can walk into town from the flat, takes approx 10 mins!

We had a great stay at Nickโs apartment, it really was very peaceful with a good amount of space to relax. It felt very secure given the onsite security, and parking for two was easy and free, a massive bonus. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to the theatre, and communication with Nick was easy throughout. I would definitely rebook in future!
