Spacious luxury 2 bed attic flat (Leeds)

Light spacious attic flat with two bedrooms, one double one single, a large bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower, a living area with tv and basic kitchen with kettle, toaster, small fridge and microwave.

The flat is self contained if you are happy with microwave food but you are more than welcome to use the house kitchen at any time for cooking.

There is a washing machine in the cellar that is available for your use.

The flat is ideal for two friends sharing but if you are alone we will not rent the second room. Please ask us if you would like to use the spare room for visiting guests as there will be a small fee to cover extra cleaning.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed in the flat.

We are within 30 minutes walk of Leeds Grand, Leeds playhouse and City Varieties but there are very regular buses from the bottom of the road.

You will have a set of keys to access the house and can keep to yourself if you wish or come and chat and cuddle the dog if you prefer.
