Self-Contained
A recently completely renovated highly insulated lower ground floor flat. There is a twin-bedded bedsit room (with an additional sofa bed), a fully fitted kitchen and a shower room with WC. The heavy curtains are lined and all the windows are new double glazing. Plymouth Sound is within 2 minutes walk & the Waterfront pub (St Austell Brewery) is just opposite.
Guest Parking
Parking can be provided at £4 per day. There is one parking space (for medium (ie Golf) sized cars) behind the flat. There is a roller door that closes the space off from the rear lane - loan of the door's remote control comes with a £50 deposit. Alternately, a Resident's Visitor's pass can be purchased at £4 per day.
The Area and Transport
The 25 bus runs past the flat & stops directly opposite the Theatre Royal (from 9 am-10pm).
The walk to the Theatre Royal over Plymouth Hoe takes about 15 minutes.
The railway station (hourly trains to London) can be reached by bus (change from the 25 at Royal Parade) or taxi. Plymouth now has Uber too.
