Newly refurbished 2 bedroom, first floor apartment, within a stones through of the Cliffs Pavilion.

This self contained apartment is suitable for up to 4 people (2 beds) for a minimum of 2 night stays.

If you're looking for somewhere near the theatre, the beach, the shops and Southend - they are all within walking distance yet far enough away to be a quiet area, giving you a restful place to return to at the end of the day/evening. As such we ask all guests to respect their surroundings and neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Parties are strictly prohibited. As are additional guests.

Westcliff Station is a 5 minute walk if you're travelling by train.

There is restricted parking as the apartment is within a Controlled Zone. Street parking directly outside the property is not available during the hours of 11:00-21:00, during which time there is free street parking and paid car parks a short walk away.

There is an additional cleaning fee of £50 per booking (up to 3 weeks after which additional cleans will be required).
