This is a self contained, private, well maintained, first floor apartment, within a stones through of the Cliffs Pavilion.
Comprises of 2 double bedrooms, a living room and kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. Providing all the essentials for a wonderful stay.

This apartment is suitable for up to 4 adults (2 beds) for a minimum of 2 night stays.
As this is in a residential area we ask for consideration of our neighbours (no parties, quiet and respectful guests). Please see house rules.
There is a £50 cleaning fee for every booking (plus additional if the stay is more than 2 weeks).

Guest Parking
There is restricted parking as the apartment is within a Controlled Zone. Street parking directly outside the property is not available during the hours of 11:00-21:00, during which time there is free street parking and paid car parks a short walk away. Day parking permits may be available at an extra cost please ask.
The Area and Transport
You can be off stage and back at the apartment within a minute!
Westcliff on sea train station is within walking distance.
A small local shop is at the end of the road and local shops are within walking distance.
There is a large supermarket 5 mins away and bus routes into Southend if you don't fancy the walk along the seafront.
The cliffs gardens are a lovely place to sit and watch the sea and the world go by, and the famous Rossi ice cream can be bought along the seafront. There are many seafront restaurants to enjoy.

There is a shared lobby entrance which must be kept secure and free from belongings at all time as it is a fire exit.

There is only 1 set of keys. Lost keys will be charged at £30 (+£50 for hosts time if required to attend). Lockbox codes are not to be shared with non/staying guests.
Noise must be kept respectful especially after 22:00 as this is a residential area.
Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal with no refund.
Any damage may be charged on departure (not minor accidents like breaking of a glass)
Illegal and immoral activities and drugs are strictly prohibited.
Shared lobby to be kept clear at all times.
Health and safety rules must be followed and any concerns raised immediately.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Rubbish must be disposed of appropriately.
Guests possessions should be insured by the guest.
£50 is charge for post stay clean; bookings of 2 weeks + require additional cleans.
There is no parking between 11:00-21:00

10/10 location and great option to have a parking permit for a bit extra, so close to stage door for the cliffs pavilion that we watched them finish the in! Lovely flat with everything you could need, with fantastic attentive hosts. We didn’t need anything else but I knew we could simply message if we did. Thank you, will defo book next time!

Lovely wee flat so close to stage door it was a fabulous commute. Nice comfy beds too. Great communication from hosts answered anything very quickly. We were there during the very hot weather so was pretty hot in the evenings. The fan they provide was great but probably needed another one for the other bedroom too. (We didn't ask as we took one from our work later on)

Loved these digs! So close to the theatre, you can see stage door from the front door!
The flat itself was so clean and comfortable, and had everything you need. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!
