Living with Host
1 bright quiet en-suite king-sized room in our modern extension with a lovely view of the garden. Black out curtains make it dark and cosy. In a semi-detached 3 storey Victorian house with full use of kitchen, living areas and laundry, and the garden. In walking distance to all theatres in a safe suburban area. We've priced for one person but are happy to consider two people and will work out a fair price.

Sometimes we have off street parking; other times there is street parking nearby
The Area and Transport
We are 20 minutes walk or a bus ride into Birmingham City Centre, the Birmingham Rep Theatre, Birmingham Hippodrome, and the Alexandra Theatre. We live in a quiet suburban street in Edgbaston which is a lovely part of Birmingham.

No rooms are lockable but we could discuss anything that needs locking up. This room is ensuite with sole use of this shower room. The kitchen, living room/family room and laundry and entrance area are shared.

We brought up our own son from 0 to 22 in this house so we consider it child-friendly. The garden has lots of steps which he successfully navigated but some guests may not.

There aren’t enough words to compliment this stay. I was injured during my stay and I was overwhelmed by Isabel and Peter’s kindness, they went above and beyond to support me. The most stunning home. A garden of dreams! It’s quiet. Nice walk to theatre, you could do it in 15 but due to my injury it took longer. The bed feels like a cloud. Own personal use of bathroom.
Isabel and Peter have the perfect balance of chatting away to you but also giving you space and time for yourself.Special humans
