What does this mean?

Townhouse with 2 double bedrooms, full kitchen, small living room and ground floor bathroom with shower cubicle. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to cook at home during your stay.

Ronan & I live in the same area so are only a few moments away if you need anything. Local shops and larger supermarkets are also close by.

The Area and Transport

You'll be in the North of the City, and in the same area as our other listings, here on TD. 2 mins walk from the bus route, or you can walk in around 20 mins. We have be successfully welcoming shows for over 6 years, and we offer a personal service, meeting all guest on arrival. We can provide local information, if this is your first tour to Belfast.

The House is currently under re construction and we aim to have our calendar open by the late April, 2025.

This place in Belfast was AMAZING! Alan was such a lovely host he met us at the property and gave us lots of local recommendations. He also allowed us a later check out and provided snacks! The flat is a 15 minute bus and then 10 minute walk to Belfast Grand so very easy journey (bus stop 2 minute walk away). Lovely flat, very clean! Thank you so much Alan we loved it!

Alan and Ronan are the perfect hosts- such good communication and so many thoughtful extra touches. A very well-equipped house in easy walking distance to the theatre, or an even easier bus ride. The area won't be for everyone but otherwise I hugely recommend these digs.
