Self-Contained
The Lighthouse is one of four apartments contained inside No. 5 Roker Terrace, Roker, Sunderland and sleeps up to six. It has a split link King bed in the main bedroom, 2 singles in the second bedroom and a sofa to sleep two in the living area. It is the largest of our apartments spanning the whole width of the building on the top floor. The main bedroom has a separate dressing area and ensuite with shower. The second bathroom has a bath and a shower. It has spectacular sea views and is close to a number of bars, cafe's and restaurant's. It is a 42 minute walk from the apartments to the Sunderland Empire or an eight minute car journey. Alternatively, there is a bus stop opposite the building, hop on the E1 for a 15 minute ride into the city centre.

Our apartments are clean, quiet, comfortable. stylishly decorated and provide the privacy that you would have at home. Our bedding is hypo-allergenic with a choice of two pillow types and our linen is professionally laundered. You will have the use of a well equipped kitchen and private bathroom with shower, a flat screen TV, wi-fi, streaming services and a bike store out back - its home away from home.
