Top floor, self contained accommodation with 2 double bedrooms, a shared bathroom and kitchenette. Walking distance to the theatre in a safe area with a mix of offices and private residences. Lots of cafes, shops and pubs nearby

Guest Parking

Parking is permit only Monday to Friday 9 to 5. There is space in a lane at the rear of the street and sometimes the theatre allow parking for staff

The Area and Transport

We offer the top floor of our house to guests, 2 single occupancy double rooms with a shared bathroom and kitchenette. We are a [REMOVED] minute walk to the theatre and close to bus routes. The city centre is a 10 minute walk from the house

This space is shared with 2 Hosts and 1 other paying Guest.

We let out the whole of the 2nd floor of our house which contains 2 double bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a small kitchenette. Guests have exclusive use of these rooms. The entrance door is shared between ourselves and guests.

Please let us know your arrival and departure times as soon as you are able to. Check in/out can be flexible

Lovely place to stay in Aberdeen. Around a 25 minute simple walk to the theatre, and felt safe walking back at night. Great price for the amenities you get.
