This is a studio apartment a few minutes from both Ipswich town centre and waterfront. It's also 0.2 miles from the Ipswich Regent, 0.9 miles from the New Wolsey Theatre, and 0.5 miles from Dance East.
It's a serviced apartment, so as well as being fully furnished to a high standard, we come in once a week to change the bedding and towels, and clean the apartment.
This apartment has one double bed and is therefore suitable for up to 2 people.
Please note that we require payment 14 days in advance of arrival, preferably by bank transfer, as we have a 2% surcharge for card payments to cover our costs. Our cancellation and curtailment policy is also a rolling 14 days.
We also require a £100 security deposit against any damages and exceptional cleaning required at the end of your stay. This will be refunded, in full or in part as appropriate, within 5 days of departure.
Please note that arrival is between 3pm and 8pm and departure by 10am. Arrivals between 8-9pm are charged at £35, 9-10pm are £50, and after 10pm is a flat rate of £150 (so if this applies to you please consider staying in a hotel for the first night). Departures after 10am are charged at £25 per hourly period.
