This apartment is located at the heart of The Saints, the most eclectic part of Ipswich town centre.
It has 2 double bedrooms (ensuite to the master), plus a family bathroom, and is fully furnished to a high standard.
It's 0.2 miles from Dance East, 0.5 miles from the Ipswich Regent and the New Wolsey Theatre.
It comes with one private, secure parking space.
Please note that we only take bookings for under 7 nights in the week prior to arrival.
This is a serviced apartment, so it includes a weekly clean and change of bedding and towels.
Please note that we require payment 14 days in advance of arrival, preferably by bank transfer, as we have a 2% surcharge for card payments to cover our costs. Our cancellation and curtailment policy is also a rolling 14 days.
We also require a £200 security deposit against any damages and exceptional cleaning required at the end of your stay. This will be refunded, in full or in part as appropriate, within 5 days of departure.
Please note that arrival is between 3pm and 8pm and departure by 10am. Arrivals between 8-9pm are charged at £25, 9-10pm is £50 and after 10pm is a flat £150Departures after 10am are charged at £25 per hourly period until midday, after which an additional night would need to be booked.
