This is a 1 bedroom first floor apartment situated in a quiet residential street 1 mile to the east of Ipswich town centre.
It's 1 mile from the Ipswich Regent, and 1.5 miles from the New Wolsey Theatre and Dance East.
The bedroom can be set up as a king size bed or 2 x 2'6" singles.
This is a serviced apartment, so we provide pretty much everything - just bring your toothbrush! It also includes a weekly maid service including a change of bedding and towels.
Please note that we require payment 14 days in advance of arrival, preferably by bank transfer, as we have a 2% surcharge for card payments to cover our costs. Our cancellation and curtailment policy is also a rolling 14 days.
We also require a £150 security deposit against any damages and exceptional cleaning required at the end of your stay. This will be refunded, in full or in part as appropriate, within 5 days of departure.
Please note that arrival is between 3pm and 8pm and departure by 10am. Arrivals 8-9pm are charged at £25, 9-10pm is £50, and 10pm onwards is a flat £150. Departures after 10am are charged at £25 per hourly period, until midday, after which an additional night would need to be booked.
