Enjoy a 2 bedroom apartment less than 15mins walk to the nearest Derby Theatre.

I understand the value in friendship and due to nature of the theatre industry I appreciate its not often you can live with each other. So rather than a room, I offer, what used to be home to me, a temporary home for theatre professionals who want to share as friends.

Here at Toni's Hub we provide you with a clean environment, a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen and shower over bath facilities. A private balcony for your own use. Relax in the combined dining and living space equipped with a smart TV and 5G high-speed internet.
Enjoy on-demand TV with pre-installed apps and watch Disney+ movies at no extra cost!!

• Linen and towels are provided
• Guests are entitled to use the full space
• Only 2 guests are permitted to check into the apartment
• Pets are permitted at an additional cost and a damage deposit would be required
• Guests are expected to supply their own consumables including washing machine pods and meals.
• Toilet rolls are provided, but not replenished
• The bathroom is shared between the occupants of the two rooms
• A hair dryer and clothes airer (clothes horse) is available for the sole use of the occupants (there is no dryer - however there is a launderette less than 6 mins walk away)
• Kitchen is available at the sole use of the occupants (with fridge and cupboard space available, microwave, washing machine)

About The Area:
• Buses are regular and the bus stop is approximately quater a mile away (although they do stop service approx 8pm)
• Local shops less than 5 minutes walk (Sainsburys Local; Off Licence) - online shopping is available and familiar with the area

Payment:
Full payment is accepted at the point of check in
(Payment plans can be arranged for stays over 30 days)
A payment link will be used to accept transfers on the day of checking in.

Check-In: 3 pm
Check-Out: 11am

Toni's Hub is located within a walkable distance from the top of city centre - from locations such as Friar Gate, Derbion (formerly Westfield) and Markeaton Park.

This space is shared with 2 other paying Guests.

For a one bedroom apartment, the alternative room will remain locked and inaccessible. Apartment has one bathroom; one toilet. Accessible only with the current occupants. As with the kitchen, living room and all storage spaces.

Our only ask is to NOT touch the electric circuit board, gas boiler or any gas meter.
This will put yourself and all other residents within the block at risk.

A decent basic set up, in a good location. Could do with a few more amenities like washing up liquid, wifi that reaches to the bedroom, towels that aren’t crispy. But it did the job.

I had a perfectly fine stay in this property. I had all the amenities I needed bar some kitchen knives that were dangerously blunt. Clean and comfortable, just an old looking council flat, scruffier than pictured. walking distance to rehearsal space on foreman street.
