Three First Floor Rooms (Worthing)

I have three lovely rooms available - 2 good sized doubles and a small single.

You will share a large bathroom which has a separate shower cubicle. I will only use the bathroom for my shower, as I have a loo downstairs. My bedroom is also downstairs.

You can use the kitchen, my only rule being that you leave it as you find it - I’m a bit of a stickler for tidiness downstairs 🤣

I live on a lovely tree lined, quiet residential street, less than a 10 minute drive away from the town centre and theatres. There are a good selection of local shops and take-aways less than 10 minutes walk, even quicker in the car! You can also get shopping and dinner delivered via the usual apps.

You must like cats! I have three, though I don’t let them in the bedrooms upstairs.

I love the theatre and will be interested to hear all about you, but if you prefer to keep yourself to yourself, that’s also absolutely fine!

I have an estate car, so if you need lifts this can be negotiated.

Smokers allowed, but must smoke outside.
