A beautiful light-filled furnished maisonette that sleeps 6 people with a terrace garden in a quiet street, available for rent from mid-September 2026 to end of March 2027 (flexible on dates).
The maisonette is fully insulated with recently installed double-glazed windows and new radiators, making it warm and energy-efficient in winter. It spans 3 floors with two bedrooms and an attic that can be used as a 3rd bedroom (without a door), an open-plan kitchen and sitting room with a large comfy sofa and home cinema, a large dining table and island kitchen — all leading out onto the terrace garden with plenty of light and a fire pit.
The maisonette is a short cycle ride or walk to Mountview Theatre, Albany Theatre, South London Gallery, Camberwell School of Art, the Feminist Library and Dulwich Picture Gallery. It has excellent transport links into central London and also overground links.
Guest Parking
There is parking outside, I can arrange for the guest to have a residents permit. The guest will need to cover the cost.
The Area and Transport
The street is in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Rye Lane, Peckham is a short walk away with a food market, restaurants, cinema, music venues, community theatre, cafes and rooftop bars. Excellent transport connections make soho, central and east London easily accessible by train, overground or bus. South London's large parks and green spaces are on the doorstep, and there is a community garden and sauna just 15 minutes' walk away. Near to Mountview in Peckham, Albany in Deptford.
