What does this mean?

Modern studio fully equipped with full kitchen and ensuite shower room. Includes bedding and towels. Clothes Hanging rail and drawers within the walk in cupboard opposite the bathroom. Washer / Dryer. Double bed. Pleasant outside space with seated areas for communal use of all residents.

Guest Parking

A parking space is available for our guest £5.00 per day. Payment must be arranged direct with us and we also require vehicle reg no to avoid a ticket being issued by the on site security.

The Area and Transport

This accommodation is 2 mins from the stage door of Hull New Theatre. Very central to the City but in a quiet residential development with secure parking. Good access from train and bus. Good local taxi services.

Excellent studio flat, 1 minute from New Theatre stage door. Shops, cafes, restaurants all close by. Do note that there are no drawers/shelves: I was here for 3 weeks and had to live out of my suitcase. Apart from that, I had a very comfortable stay.

I had a lovely stay in this perfect studio apartment. It was immaculate and absolutely ideal for when I worked at the New Theatre as it’s literally opposite (and not far from the Truck theatre either!). It’s a great lay out inside which still feels spacious for a studio apt, with everything you could need inside. Gil was accommodating and great at communicating and I wouldn’t hesitate to book in again next time. Thanks Gil :-)
