Stylish self contained flats in the heart of Blackpool. Only a few minutes walk from the theatre.

Flat 11 is a three bedroomed apartment. Containing two doubles and one single bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen/diner/living room.

Wifi is included and free parking is available at an off site location.

Deposits are non refundable but are transferable. The full amount must be paid previously or on arrival prior to you entering the property. Any questions you have don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We had a good stay here again, for the second time! We will stay again since the location to the theatre is great - but be aware that it’s next door to an extremely noisy pub. Last time we stayed they at least stuck to their opening hours, but no such luck this time. Sunday Eve on arrival the pub was blaring music til 3am and again on the fri/saturday we were there. I appreciate that there’s not much the hosts can do, I should’ve just remembered to bring ear plugs! Good stay otherwise, thanks!

This flat is in a great location and Olivia responds quickly to queries. The rooms have no windows so great for a blackout effect when sleeping. Worth noting that you are expected to buy your own consumable resources - loo roll etc.

Really nice place, slept really well because of the bedrooms having no windows, kitchen could have a few more utensils if you like to cook but otherwise really good. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay in Blackpool. Very close to theatre so i could get back in between shows. Bedrooms don’t have windows but i actually got better sleep as a result. You share a party wall with the pub next door so it can get noisy in the morning when they have their beer deliveries, but other than that it’s very quiet considering its location. I would definitely stay again if playing Blackpool.

We had a great stay at Olivia’s digs. The property was very clean and comfortable with a lovely living space and a kitchen so we could cook. The theatres are a 5 minute walk away which was super handy. Our WiFi didn’t work to begin with, but Olivia was round to help straight away and got it sorted asap. Communication was great and overall a great place to stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Superb host - really understanding and cooperative - nothing was too much trouble. Very close to the theatre and a big Sainsbury's. Noise level was quiet considering we were in the middle of town. Would definitely stay again.

Communication was fantastic and it's a really great stay close to theatre. As other reviews have said there are no windows in bedrooms but we all slept very well! Unfortunately the WiFi was down for our entire stay other than that it was great.

No.11 is perfectly situated for The Grand, just a 5 minute walk. The flat is clean and freshly decorated, comfortable and warm. The three bedrooms are all internal so no natural light, which could be mentioned in the listing, but very snug and cosy.
