Living with Host

What does this mean?

Within 10 mins on foot to Sunderland Empire Theatre and accessible to Metro.

Close to all amenities. I offer my 2 sparerooms but you must like dogs!
I am a Musician in the Brass Band world and a Theatre/Musicals lover.
You can make full use of my facilities, the rooms are in my house with only me living in it. Wifi free to use. Own key etc.
Parking is free on-street, check-in after 3pm and check-out by 11am....can be flexible though!
My house rules are to not smoke and to love my dog. I have an elderly retired Guide Dog and from time to time a young Guide Dog puppy.
Bring your slippers as I have tiles on my Kitchen and bathroom floors.! Bathroom is through the kitchen

Buses and metro Station 2 mins walk. Plenty of shops and takeaways. Safe area at night

Helen was a lovely host, friendly and chatty, always on hand if you need anything. She has a Gorgeous retired guide dog who's lovely and chilled. The day before i arrived Helen rescued/fostered a young dog from Romania, considering there was limited information on his life, he was good. He was very excitable and definitely wasn't afraid to bark. Not a problem for me but If your not used to dogs this might have been a little overwhelming. Thank you so much for having me stay with you.
