Each apartment now features modernised acoustic separation, contemporary kitchens and bathrooms, whilst retaining ornate original features such as bespoke cornicing and carpentry.
Situation in the Queens Quarter, just off the bustling Lisburn Road where luxurious boutique shopping and award winning restaurants vie for your attention.
The elegant Queens University building and leafy botanic park house Ing the Ulster Museum are a few minutes stroll from your hub to explore our vibrant city.
Each apartment has been lovingly and tastefully decorated and features Smart TV compatible with all streaming services. A fully equipped kitchen ensures you can dine in as well as out. Apartment conveniences include fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, iron, kettle and toaster.

The Ulsterville has ample onsite parking in either of our two car parks.
The Area and Transport
Our closest bus stop is at the top of the Avenue
on the right, only a few minutes’ walk from The
Ulsterville. The 9A and 9B bus runs every 20 mins
into the City Centre.
The Europa bus station located on Glengall street
leads to many destinations such as Dublin, New-
castle, Londonderry and many more! We recom-
mend downloading the useful “Translink” app
which might come on very handy to help plan
bus journeys.

that noise levels are always kept to a minimum,

comply with this may lead to you being asked to
