This lovely, modern townhouse is right in the heart of Salford. It's ideal for weekend adventurers and city explorers; or it could be the perfect spot to set up base if you're working close by.

The house is just 1 mile from the Quays and Media City with their bustling atmospheres, restaurants, bars and of course industry. It's also only 2 miles from Central Manchester, making it a great location for shoppers and theatre goers too!

The ground floor leads through an airy hallway, past the convenience of the downstairs WC and into a spacious, modern kitchen diner with double doors at to a private lawned garden. The kitchen is kitted out with everything necessary for a comfortable home from home stay.

On the first floor is the cosy and stylish sitting room, with garden views. There is a sofa bed in here for larger groups and the smart TV means guests can stream to their hearts content. There's another super comfy leather sofa too, so everyone can relax together of an evening. The first of the delightful, comfy bedrooms is on this floor too.

Up on the third floor there are two further bedrooms including the Master with en-suite shower. There's also the main bathroom too. All the bedrooms have been lovingly and individually decorated, have a clothes rail for those sharp suits and party dresses and can be laid out as either king size doubles or twins for guests preferred comfort.

Wifi is included at the property for all guests, so whether your trip is for work or pleasure, you'll have everything you need in The Townhouse for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Upon confirmation of booking a 25% booking deposit is payable to Pillow Partners. A link will be sent for payment. The full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A one off cleaning charge of £140 will be added to the balance. A damage deposit of £200 will be pre-authorised on your card up to 7 days prior to arrival and released no more than 24 hours after departure following adequate inspection.
