Self-Contained

What does this mean?

Stay in a stylish and characterfully designed self contained studio in the garden of one of Bristol’s classic Georgian period homes.

Recently redecorated and accessed from its own private entrance, the studio comfortably sleeps up to two in a double bed, with a sofa, TV, a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle and a countertop with stools overlooking the garden. Please note there is no hob or cooker. There's an en-suite shower, basin & toilet. Full fibre internet with wi-fi is included.

A choice of green space is close by for a picnic, a run or people watching in the sun! A quiet & peaceful location in the heart of the city.

Later check outs are possible, if needed please do ask and we will try to accommodate where we can.

Please make payment at least 24 hours prior to your arrival, as this will enable us to forward the access codes for the Studio.

Guest Parking

We’re in a residential parking zone area. Visitor permits are very limited, so please discuss with us if you are bringing a car. Permits are required 9am-5pm Monday to Friday only.

The Area and Transport

Situated in the vibrant Cotham Hill area and just a stones throw from Whiteladies Rd & all the restaurants, shops and Everyman cinema; a 20 minute walk to the city & Clifton Village, with the Hippodrome, Bristol Old Vic and Tobacco Factory Theatres a similar distance. N.B. e-bikes and scooters are available to hire nearby.

Other rules

No parties as we live in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. Please consider our neighbours when arriving and departing.
We usually let to one person only but occasional overnight visitors can be accommodated by arrangement.
We do not permit candles, incense, vaping or smoking in the studio.
We are keen to minimise waste so recycling facilities are provided in the studio.
Please turn all electricals off when leaving.
Please lock the studio and return the keys to the key safe using same instructions as on arrival.
