This space is not shared with anyone else.

The property is a self contained house, ideal for 6 theatre workers to share.
Ground floor ensuite bedroom has exclusive use of the ensuite shower room. Twin bedroom and both single bedrooms share the first floor bathroom.

Excluded Facilities

Locked cupboard just inside the front door is locked and only available to our staff.

Heating at The Sawmills
The NHS and the World Health Organisation recommend a temperature of at least 18 degrees C.
This is at least the temperature we attempt to keep each room at for your comfort.
Our heating is operated on a remote system which we aim to keep at a comfortable temperature.
If you require the heating turned up or down or indeed on or off, please contact us via telephone or send us a message.
If you operate the heaters manually, it may disconnect them from the remote system.
Should this happen, you may be charged £100 per disconnected heater.
