The entrance to the Sail Loft is from a wide cobbled street and provides access to a feature staircase with sisal stair runner and rope handrail. Driftwood sculpture decorates the hallway which leads to the first floor through double doors into a beautifully decorated spacious living room with large modern sofas and an oak dining table.
The king-size bedroom is situated above here up a short flight of stairs , it is light and airy with glass balustrading and Velux windows with blackout blinds offering a loft style feeling.
The double bedroom is situated off the living room on the lower split level adjacent to the bathroom. Cotton bedlinen and towels are also provided.
The art deco style bathroom hosts a large walk-in power shower, basin and WC. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are all provided.
The kitchen offers a washer dryer, dishwasher, under counter fridge and freezer, microwave, eye level oven and glass dining table with four chairs.
Guest Parking
Looe Street offers Ringo on street metered parking 24 hours a day.
The Bar Code Car Park, Vauxhall Street Car Park and Exchange Street Car park are all moments away and offer parking 24 hours a day.
We also have a large secure private garage for up to four cars under the property which can be reserved by separate arrangement.

The Sail Loft is a newly renovated, stylish split-level property with two double bedrooms. Perfectly positioned on the Mayflower Trail in the bustling city centre and the Barbican. Made work feel like a holiday. What an incredible property with hosts who couldn’t do more to help. They were so attentive during our stay and we had the most beautiful time. This property really is so gorgeous, a home away from home. An oasis with everything you need. I would run to book this place again in a heartbeat. Hope to be back!

We had a lovely stay at The Sail Loft this summer whilst working on Hamilton at TRP. Possibly the best digs I’ve ever stayed in! Louise and Karl are brilliant hosts, great communication and incredibly welcoming! The flat was spotless when we arrived, the added touches on arrival were really lovely. It’s in the perfect location, incredibly modern, spacious and has all the amenities you could ever need. Thank you for a lovely summer! Would highly recommend to anyone touring to Plymouth!

Stunning place. One of the best digs I’ve ever stayed at on tour. Louise was really helpful with all the details I needed and even put some food in the fridge for our arrival.
Great location, beautifully decorated, and the master bedroom is incredible.
I wish I could have stayed longer but will definitely stay there again next time I’m in Plymouth.
