What does this mean?

Enjoy a stylish experience at our centrally-located Quirky Quarter at the heart of the sought after Georgian Quarter, only minutes away from the city centre, Philharmonic & Hope Street with its art venues.
Fully-furnished and fully-equipped, it can sleep up to 6 people.
There are two bathrooms with all the amenities you need. Fresh towels and free toiletries are supplied for your convenience. Iron, iron board and hair dryer are also provided.

Cancellation/ Days Reduction Policy:
Up to 8days stay: reduction & cancellation at least 3 days before arrival for a refund.
8-15 days stay: reduction & cancellation at least 5 days before arrival for a full refund; 50% refund thereafter; no refund 3 days before arrival.
More than 15 days stay: reduction & cancellation at least 10 days before arrival for a full refund; 50% thereafter; no refund 5 days before arrival.
A deposit of £150 is taken at the start of the stay and refunded upon departure.

Guest Parking

There is a parking permit allowing you to park just in front of the flat.
If you have several cars, there are full day parking options within walking distance from the property.

The Area and Transport

An exceptional two bedrooms flat, located at the heart of the iconic Georgian Quarter in Liverpool.
The Philharmonic is only within 5 minutes walking distance, as well as Hope street with all its art venues as well as the Cathedrale.
You are in the centre within 15-20 minutes walk.
