What does this mean?

Hi everyone, I have a spare bedroom available in my apartment in Westcliff on Sea / Southend, one-minute walk to Cliffs Pavilion stage door, 15 minutes to Palace Theatre.

Single guestroom in a small apartment with self-serve breakfast, in-room TV with Netflix and Prime, honesty bar, private mini-fridge as well as a shelf in the main refrigerator, and WiFi. Does not include separate lounge area.

One secured parking space. Shared, quiet (as you want it to be!), non-smoking room in an apartment within a stand-alone house, includes shared bathroom, and self-serve kitchen including washing machine.

A 5-minute walk to Westcliff-on-Sea train station on the C2C line, and a 2-minute walk to the seafront.

Sadly my much loved cat Mademoiselle Chai, who you will read about in the comments, has now become a cuddly angel in the sky. 😥

One secured parking space in a gated car park behind my flat.

The Area and Transport

My digs are a one-minute walk to Cliffs Pavilion stage door and 15 minutes to Palace Theatre. They are a 5-minute walk to Westcliff-on-Sea train station on the C2C line, and a 2-minute walk to the seafront where there are multiple cafes. The nearest high street, Hamlet Court Road, has Sainsbury's, Tesco, and Co-op grocery stores as well as a green grocer, pubs and restaurants that are a 5-10 minute walk away.

This space is shared with 1 Host and 1 other permanent tenant.

Bathroom and kitchen are shared, although I am a night owl so you will have them to yourself in the morning. No lock on bedroom door, however I don't go into the room when there's a guest.

Excluded Facilities

The living room is also my office as I work from home and is not available for guests to use.

The closest digs you'll probably find to the Cliffs and secure parking, unfortunately those are the best bits. Alicia was lovely however the digs in my opinion are prett pricey for a single box room and a lot of easily fixable things such as a wobbly toilet, 1 bulb out of quite a few working in the bathroom and a pretty untidy kitchen. Very weird having to ask for the wifi every time you want to use it due to the router having to be moved - not super useful for theatre nightbirds.
