What does this mean?

Private space in a family home - enjoy a large double bedroom, en-suite double shower room, private hallway and kitchenette. Previously hosted long stays for panto stars, who have returned year after year. Situated in The Park, a lovely 10 min walk from both Theatres

Guest Parking

On road parking is available, just leave a note saying where you’re staying on the dashboard. It’s a very quiet road.

The Area and Transport

A self contained floor in the popular conservation area of Nottingham. Comprises a double bedroom, en-suite shower room and separate kitchenette with fridge/ freezer, microwave / kettle / toaster / air fryer (if needed). Use of households washer dryer.

Room has its own WiFi router, large flat screen TV and speaker system.

Household has a cat (Oscar 🐈‍⬛) but he does not have access to guest bedroom

Bedroom has lockable door. Whole guest floor is for exclusive use of guest only.
Guest can also access washing machine and dryer which is located on the 2nd floor of the properly.
Guest are welcome to use our large garden in the summer

Lovely private space with a comfy bed, great bathroom and lots of space. Beautiful part of town and a 15min walk to the Theatre Royal past the castle. Definitely recomend!

Super digs. Couldn’t ask for better.
Claire and Paul were welcoming.
Lovely basement rooms, comfy and quiet. Plus a nice walk to the theatre. Would recommend, and can’t wait to be back in Nottingham to stay again.
